Types Of DATA Cable End Connection

It is important that you purchase the correct cable for you phone and a cable that has the correct connection type for your PC

There are many different type of phone connection and will differ not only with manufacturers, but also the models that manufactures produce.

If your mobile phone accessory is not listed then please ask as we have a vast network of suppliers who may be able to help.

Why do I need a DATA Cable?

Data cables provide you with the ability to link your mobile phone to your PC and transfer pictures, wallpaper, ring tones. A DATA cable will allow you to edit and configure all of your mobile phone Address book and organiser details.*

Data Cable or Data Suite?

A Data cable is used to create a link between your mobile phone and your personal computer. You have to install software on your computer to enable your mobile phone to communicate with your mobile phone.

If you already have the software for your mobile phone, or your manufacturer provides the facility to download the software from a website, then you only need a Data Cable.

If you do not have the software the we recommend that you purchase a Data Suite.

Data suites are supplied complete with all you need to get your phone communicating with your PC. Data Suite sometimes come with ring tones and wallpaper provided on the CD.

Mobile Phone Unlocking :

You can use a DATA cable to unlock your mobile phone from its current network or reset the phone to factory settings*

*(This is subject to having the appropriate software installed on your PC and can usually be found on the internet)

Uploading DATA:

A DATA cable and software can be used to upload ring tones, pictures, wallpaper, and mobile phone books etc.

You can also download DATA to your PC. Is your mobile phone full up with photos or ring tones? You can either delete them or download them to your PC for use at a later date
