For both smartplus and smartstep price plans you can buy 30 day packs which give you a daily allowance⁴ of voice minutes, texts, picture messages in advance at a special price. Whichever price plan you choose, all you need to do is buy credit for your phone as often as you need to. There's nothing else to pay and there are no monthly bills to worry about. To change your price plan simply dial 2345⁵ from your Vodafone mobile.

1 Standard calls are classified as standard UK local and national calls, calls to Voicemail and calls to other Vodafone mobile phones. Standard rates apply to these standard calls.
2 Weekends are all day Saturday and Sunday
3 Standard texts are texts of up to 160 characters sent to UK numbers (not premium or reversed charge rate).
4 Unused texts and minutes do not roll over.
5 Calls to our automated helpline are FREE of charge. You pay when transferred to a customer care adviser.

SIM Card Orders

Please ensure that you are able to use your new SIM Card in you mobile phone.

Some phones, particular Pay As Yo Go mobile phones, are locked to a specific network.

Mobile Phone Unlocking:

If your phone is locked to a specific network and you want to use another providers SIM card in your mobile phone then you would need to get the restriction removed. This can be done in three ways.

1. Phone your mobile phone service provider and ask then if they will lift the restriction. They may charge you.

2. Take your phone to a professional mobile phone un locker who will connect your phone to a PC or other equipment to unlock your phone.

3. Remote unlocking. This is where you provide the details of your phone to an un locker either over the phone or on the internet. They then provide you with the code and instructions on how to enter your code into your mobile phone. You will get charged for this
