Stock Levels

We carry a vast stock of items and plan our buying so that we are rarely out of stock of most items at any time, however if when you order, we are out of stock of an item we will inform you and give you a re-stock date. You can then decide if you would like to wait or accept a full refund

Why is there a delivery charge added to the total price of my order?

We charge a delivery fee for computer accessories because the cost of these items is usually more than a mobile phone battery etc. Also the value of these products are usually more than the cost of most mobile phone accessories.

On computer accessories, we either send them using first class recorded delivery or business post delivery. When your product arrives you will need to sign for the product.

This ensures that your order reaches you, usually the next day, in tact and with a proof of delivery.

The delivery fee also carries an insurance premium and this reduces the cost of items missing in the post. Also we remain responsible for the package until you sign for it
