Will the reception of the calls differ when two sims are installed in the phone?

No, you will not notice any difference in call reception

Will I be able to receive calls on both SIM card at the same time?

No. You will have to switch between the different SIM cars by either selecting a switch on the back of the mobile phone or on the Twin SIM holder inside of the phone
